Kabam gets a new devloper
Mobile gaming heavyweight Kabam who is the maker of titles like The Hobbit: Kingdoms and Fast and Furious 6 has hired a former EA vice president named Nick Earl. He will assume the title of president of worldwide studios. He replaces Andrew Sheppard who left Kabam to go work for Gree Inc.

Kixeye has a new free Android release called Vega Conflict. I don't know anything about it but let's take a look and see what we think. Looks like a space strategy game. Claims to be an MMO-RTS.

Ebola scare increases popularity of infection game

Plague Inc is a mobile game that describes itself as a unique mix of high strategy and terrifyingly realistic simulation. Apparently you infect the world. Mobile gaming revenues expected to pass console next year
According to a market research firm called Newzoo mobile gaming revenues are predicted to top 30 billion in 2015. Both Apple and Google could top Nintendo in 2015 for total revenues from their online app stores.
